A two week University project in July 2012. Sponsered by Carvico and Eurojersey a small team of us developed swimwear based around 4 themes to present at Interfiliere. I chose to focus on the sports-inspired theme and colourway, developing varied and interesting pieces which can be seen above.
This project for S/S2013 concentrates on coupleing signature tailored pieces with comfortable layers, in rich colours and luxury fabrics. The equine inspiration is inkeeping with Nicole Farhis classically chic style, as is the attention to detail. The colour palette was taken from images sourced whilst researching, while the horses bridle provided inspiration for seam placement and details.
