Upon completion of a foundation degree in 3-Dimensional Craft and Design at the University of Bedfordshire in 2011, my studies continued at the University of Hertfordshire and I have recently achieved a BA (Hons) degree in Contemporary Applied Art. 

In the last three years I have discovered a need, a want to create and learn within ceramics and fine art. After working primarily with clay to me, the ceramic surface has become a three dimensional canvas.

A surface that enables me to not only paint on, but work into. This creates extra depth and layering within my work. 

 My immediate ambition is to continue to grow as an artist though freelance opportunities as well as continuing my learning within the Hertfordshire University M.A programme.

As well as ceramic form and decoration I wish to explore and refine my illustrative work, as the latter has become a new and exciting passion.
