As a recent graduate from Edinburgh College of Art my work is inspired and developed from an abstract view of the world that surrounds me. I design abstracting colour, linear patterns and geometric shapes from personal drawings and photography.

The geometric nature of my designs contrasted with my personal collection of delicate, organic jewellery inspires me to create jewellery which brings these two opposing styles together.

Through the use of resin I am able to preserve and combine delicate materials such as wool, thread and knitted wire with strong geometric wire structures.

The use of colour within my pieces aims to excite and capture the viewer’s eye, drawing them in to explore the piece in more detail.
