My name is Craig Richards, a graduate of Plymouth College of Art.

My interest in illustration has developed over many years from my childhood. From the very outset I had a keen interest in cartoon based comedic illustration, this later developed into a more technical digital style. Alongside this shift in style I also developed my skill set into other specialist areas such as 3D illustration and video game based art.

Trying new things and exploring new methods of created images is something imp always striving towards.Technical art is only one of my areas of interest - i have particular interest in cutaway illustrations and orthographic projections.

I always however have the desire to tell stories with the use of image, something technical based imagery cannot fulfil in its own right. In turn I have always made it my aim to continue with character and narrative based illustration.

I graduated from Plymouth College of Art in October 2011 with honours, and have already made my first steps in the field of illustration I am a hard working illustrator with the aim of completing work on time and to the greatest quality possible.
