With a love for design and creativity, I approach my work in an experimental way drawing from a range of different influences and techniques. I am avid and passionate about textiles and in 2010 graduated from the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff, where I achieved a First Class Honours in Contemporary Textile Practice. As a textile designer/illustrator I love to draw and specialise in digital processes particularly focusing on laser cutting.

I have also gained essential skills in print and stitch including hand screen printing, colour separation, fabric dying, and hand/machine embroidery. Proficient in Photoshop with a good understanding of Illustrator I have been able to adapt my work ready for digital print, digital stitch and laser cutting.

Of late my work has been greatly influenced by the illustrator Margaret Jones and Rob Ryan. My final degree show was directed at illustrative cut outs for a stationary collection.
