Jonathan Watson (aka J Dubulu) is an experimental sound & image composer; he produces & directs his films single-handedly in order to convey abstracted conceptual pieces, which deliver mood and atmosphere as opposed to initial narrative - he produces with no budget - Jonathan's filmmaking approach is, in his own opinion, a modern attempt of the 'experimental cinema' movement, morphed & intertwined with the 'structural film' movement.

He has started to develop these methods towards narrative-film, which include elements of his original & preferred styles.

Jonathan's film entitled Interpose was screened at the 2012 Flatpack Festival.
