Eleanor Gager is a contemporary textile designer. She designs vibrant and individualistic digital prints derived from her original artwork, endeavoring to capture the playful energy from exaggerated floral shapes that inspire her. The informal and highly decorative designs are aimed primarily for luxury interior furnishing.

I have always loved interior decor, the idea of making a house a home and an environments ability to shape moods and form basic memories fascinates me. For these reasons it was only natural for my drawings to develop textiles for interiors.

I am a recent graduate from Bath School of Art and Design, obtaining a BA(hons) degree in Textile Design for Fashion and Interiors.

My current collection consists of printed and embroidered textiles for furnishings.

The collection was initially hand painted imagery using a mix of paint mediums and oil pastels, then developed through CAD and although originally trained as a screen printer, i now predominantly digitally print fabrics in order to achieve the bright colours and detailed elements of my designs.

I am enthusiastic, hardworking and make the most of opportunities.
