The concept behind my current project is the Four Elements, Earth, Air, Water and Fire. I chose to delve deep into the history behind my concept to discover the meanings and connections of the Elements - for example, its association with astrology and Greek medicine.  This has enabled me to have a varied library of inspiration to design with and to create both conceptual and commercial prints. 

My design work mainly comes in the form of creating digital and screen print samples which can then be used on a variety of garments chiefly for womenswear. I also design illustrations and flats to portray an end use for my designs.

The way I differ from other print designers lies within the techniques and wide range of media I use.

I am not afraid to experiment with new and old technology and materials, often combining the two. I research extensively in fashion and textiles, but also in other creative industries such as design, architecture and graphics. I do this in order to ensure my work is not only current but also original.
