I am an enthusiastic, hard working textile designer with a combined interest in print and weave.

Primarily my interest is in creating quality designs for interior accessories that have both decorative and practical appeal. Yet more importantly my practice is driven by a love and excitement for the way weaving allows each element of the cloth to be manipulated in seemingly endless combinations of yarn, structure and finish. 

Currently my work exists between two parallels, on the one hand I enjoy familiar materials such as wool for its long lasting and versatile qualities. However I am fascinated by how I can enhance these traditional yarns and qualities through exciting combinations of these elements such as combining devore with wool finishing or the use of chunky ‘non-weaving’ yarns resulting in usual and original fabrics.
