'Equip’Hôtel submission - Lighting'.Urglass is practical and adaptable; it can be hung, hooked, stretched or function as a desk lamp. Its versatile form, minimal and contemporary aesthetic allows it a place in any room.

'Equip’Hôtel submission - Lighting'.Down-lighter (cmd +) A domestic tool. Glass, aluminum, walnut. The project takes inspiration from a variety of task lighting and Newcastle’s strong shipbuilding heritage. The down-lighter makes use of materials associated with shipbuilding both the luxurious and the industrial. The Light utilizes the function of a pressed glass lens (used in the railway industry) in a domestic manner by focusing the light to create an unusual down-lighter.

The construction of the stools makes reference to traditional craft techniques with a contemporary twist.
