As a knitwear designer I am focused on forward thinking, creative design and have the ability to design for a brand. I am always striving to learn more and to develop my potential as a designer.

I consider myself to be a hardworking and highly enthusiastic individual who takes enjoyment from meeting new challenges.

I aspire to secure a career within the knitwear/womenswear or accessories industry to which I would bring technical, creative and interpersonal skills. Currently London based, I am also open to the opportunity of working abroad.

Experience: Six month internship as a design assistant at knitwear supplier Ralsey Group Ltd, New York. Six month internship as a swatch designer at swatching studio Zinc Design Ltd, London. Co-initiated a new hand knitting society at University, becoming the treasurer from 2007-2009.

Skills: Excellent ability in using Photoshop and illustrator. Strong drawing ability. Excellent knitwear technical skills.
