Ever since I was little I have drawn, for me the next step was to make my ideas 3D. The university course has really aided me to do so and. has built key strengths of mine, which are; sourcing materials, textures, unusual fabrications and strong research into the basis for design.

I have a well-rounded knowledge in pattern-cutting and construction to make my sketches a reality. However I prefer to use my skills in design to really investigate ideas and push the boundaries of fashion.

For me fashion is something that is ever evolving and although I am competent in both men’s and womenswear, I really have found a deep passion for menswear. For me it has more scope for development.

With my final collection, “Engineered Sportswear”, I want to combine both wearability through pattern-cutting and comfortable fabrication, plus introduce more unusual materials/processes, e.g. motorsport fabrication, laser-cutting and print.
