Having graduated from University of the West of England, I have now practiced a variety of skills ready to be put to use in the fashion industry. My experiences have been vital in building my confidence and knowledge, making me very excited to begin my career in fashion. 

I enjoy carrying out extensive exploratory research, especially through drawing, painting and photography. I also enjoy keeping inspiration journals and blogs to help inspire my themes, silhouettes and details.

My graduation collection, specialising in womenswear, was based on the organic and stylised shapes found within Art Nouveau. For this collection I used placement pieces of lace coated with latex in unusual body-con designs. These could be glimpsed under growth-like layers of silk jersey in a beautiful colour palette of both muted and vibrant tones.

Balancing creativity with wearability, I aim to create feminine, flattering, modern and sophisticated design aesthetics.  I have a great interest in colour, silhouette and detail and am inspired most by art movements, culture and history.
