I am a dynamic, energetic and creative womenswear designer with a flair for Knitwear.

I create wearable yet strong and exciting pieces, focusing on the cut of the fabric and the relationship with its wearer. I have a great eye for detail, demonstrated in all aspects of my work and have a strong ability in pushing the boundaries with design content.

Within my work I continually gravitate towards conceptual and sculptural pieces that engulf the body, exaggerating and creating a dramatic silhouette; emphasising immaculate construction, texture and detail.

I am skilled in flat technical drawings, design development and illustration. I am proficient in concept research and sample/toile manufacture and my eye for detail, colour and trends is strong, shown consistently in my work. I have creative skills in sewing, pattern cutting, moulage and knitwear.

Industry experience includes a 3 month design placement with Accessorize where I was responsible for collection research, sampling and design development. I gained a valuable insight into manufacture and retail, liaising with buyers and suppliers, and used this to put my designs into production.
