I am a Surface Pattern Designer from Leeds, currently in my final year at Leeds College of Art graduating in June 2012.

I take inspiration from different aspects of nature focusing on detail and textures. In each project i try to challenge myself as i feel this helps my skills to progress.

As a designer the most important aspect in my work is creating life like drawings. I love to work in pen and pencil adding colour by hand. My drawings are then manipulated using Photoshop and digitally printed.

My graduate work is based around animals and plants of the Rainforest. I have created a collection of designs for interior furnishing fabrics and wallpapers.
