Nature Meets Technology to Redefine Luxury.
Personal vision is a sustainable & technology-focused design approach, without aesthetic compromise.
Utilising CAD and rapid prototyping technologies, my final year project attempted to redefine the product lifecycle, creating my own unique footwear construction process. The result is a modular construction which is both visually striking, and enables separation of parts (for recycling/biodegrading) post consumption.
Interested in research, development and innovation for footwear, I adopt a forward thinking and learning based approach which inspires my design.
Ambitious and passionate about all-things visual, technology and materials science (particularly leather and bioplastics) is a driving force behind my work and I ultimately hope to complete further work in this area.
This project was the realisaiton of personal design goals and marks the start of an ambitious design career. Retail experience accompanies design experience and a determination for excellence in everything that I do.
With special thanks to everyone who helped make this project possible.
