My inspiration was the strange, from aliens of science fiction to insects of the night. The carapace of the cockroach gave me ideas for fabric and colour and led me to the armour of the Samurai. This collection is for the girl who wants to break free. She expresses her youthful individuality.

My inspiration for this project came from researching and studying modern architecture concentration on its many different angles and elements.The outcome was a highly structural and unique outfit made with fabric not usually associated with fashion.

My design for this upper high street brand was inspired by the humble but highly useful umbrella.I wanted my garment to appeal to a strong and confident woman who would enjoy the option of being able to wear a quirky shape is a variety of ways thus allowing her to express her personality and individuality.
