A mature student graduating June 2012 with a focus on Ceramics, Glass and Jewellery.   

Taught to sew and knit aged 8 have always been interested in Crafts but followed a career in Office Administration and HR/Training.

Changed to design and make Soft Furnishings for 15 years then wanted to undertake a practical degree. This 3D Design degree at Havering College offers a diverse range of skills making it difficult to select specialisms but, my Final Major Projects have been developed in Ceramics and Glass.

My theme has been Time and Tide - producing cast glass panels and a series of Ceramic vessels.  The set of five vessels are shown pre-bisque firing, the trio - post bisque and glaze firing.

A member of a local art group, ART-est, exhibiting at local and greater London-based galleries we are looking to expand our membership and our geographical coverage.  All current members are graduates of Havering College of Further and Higher Education.
