I have recently completed my degree at Leeds College of Art studying Printed Textiles and Surface Pattern Design. As a designer I am primarily focused upon creating handmade design solutions intended for the interior market, as well as stationary and giftware products.

I am passionate about the hand crafted approach towards surface pattern design and feel that this element is significant within my design portfolio. My collection is influenced by the natural world, in particular birds and summer flowers. My objective is to transform interior spaces with delicate and intricate designs that showcase the vast array of colour, beauty and texture of the natural world.

I mostly work within collage and handmade techniques such as screen print, photography, laser cut and hand stitch among others. I feel confident within my embellishment and paper manipulation skills and feel that they are successful in creating sophisticated and unique design solutions.
