My garden has been the source of many memories, which has become the inspiration for my work. These memories have now become narrative jewellery. 

By using collages combining photos and my own drawings to create new scenes I also embrace the natural narrative of growth in the garden. With this I am able to create pieces that are rich in sentimental value for myself but still allows the wearer to have their own stories and relationship with the pieces.  

By using porcelain clay I am able show a direct representation of the plants in the garden which allows the pieces to have a certain tactility about them. 

Enamelling also plays a large part in my pieces as I am able to inject small bursts of colours which allow for a painterly feel in my pieces which then relates directly to my drawings.
