I absolutely love working in gold and precious gemstones, because high-end fashion jewellery is where my heart is.

Although I have made jewellery for men in my time as a designer/maker, my real passion is women’s jewellery. I know how special jewellery can make me feel when wearing it, and I like the fact that I potentially can have that effect on other women with my designs.

For my collection ‘bound to please’, I explored the different ways jewellery can be worn and was heavily influenced by erotic art and, in particular, the ancient art of Japanese bondage.

I love the way the ropes frame the body, accentuating the woman’s curves and shapes within. This inspired the design of my gold chain body piece.

Its purpose is solely to make the wearer feel special and encourage a confidence from within. If you can feel confident and beautiful naked, then you can feel confident and beautiful in anything.

And that’s how all women should feel.'
