Blue form
Each fragment within this sculpture was formed by hand, this piece in particular was influenced by nature in the form of photographs by Karl Blossfeld. It is 70cm tall, and was made with a white architectural clay which was coloured, then high fired so
Impromptu 1
This sculpture consists of thrown elements and hand formed paperclay pieces, joined & glazed. Impromptu alludes to imrpovisation in music, which is descriptive of the rhythmic relationships within the form. Approx 25 cm tall.
Porcelain wall pieces
Ornamental 1-4: a series of porcelain wall pieces, made from wheel thrown & hand formed components. Although each piece is different, it has a clear relationship the the rest of the series and with the freestanding sculptures.
