During my time on an Art and Design Foundation year in Nottingham my interest in fashion grew stronger, increased through the influences of my Pakistani father and a fashion studying mother, the different awareness is something I have grown up with.

I have finished studying Knitwear Textiles at Buckinghamshire New University (BA);my experience of the third year has involved material research and technical experimentation and the involvement with knit has somewhat diffused into an interest in fur, or the appearance of it.

Becoming a runner up in a BFTA competition 2010 gave me the opportunity to be meet Sid Bryan of Siblings and Isset Ers of Hockley London and learn more about the techniques and values of Fur.

I am proactive, determined, focussed and thrive on a challenge. I am open minded, work well in a team and can present with confidence.
