I am a fashion graduate specializing in FASHION AND COMMUNICATIONS. My latest collection, UNVEIL shares my belief that fashion isn't just about the garments; it's about the whole package. I am motivated by the planning and development process of projects and love to see how a concept develops from start to finish; from the research to the designing of the products to how it can be visually communicated in a retail space. Giving a concept an identity is also very important in order to create an image for a particular brand. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA (Hons) Fashion: 1st
• Foundation in Art and Design, Cumbria Institute of the Arts: Merit
• 4 A Levels including Textiles and Photography (B)
• 10 GCSEs (A-C)
• The Duke of Edinburgh Award (Bronze/Silver/Gold)

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Amoosi, Ethical Fashion Label. April 2009-May 2009. A four week placement with Amoosi gave me an insight of how a company practices sustainable design.

SKILLS:

I enjoy to learning new skills to create innovative design.

• Pattern cutting, sewing machines, Laser cutting
• Glass Making
• Photography
• Efficient on Macs and PCs
• CAD skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Laser cutting (APOS). Some Dreamweaver and Flash experience.
