Kazumi enjoys weaving and is happy working with yarns. Her works are hand-woven pieces which are samples for both fashion and interior applications.

Kazumi enjoys weaving and is happy working with yarns. Her works are hand-woven pieces which are samples for both fashion and interior applications.

One of her collection, Edo, was short listed for RSA Contemporary Fashion Fabrics Competition 2004 and some were invited for the new contemporaries exhibition, December 2004, by Fairfields Arts Centre, Basingstoke.

She now lives back in Japan and is preparing to set up a studio space where she can continue her practice.

She hopes to achieve works which could bring pleasure, joy and fun!
