The idea of transforming the style of historical textiles into modern prints became the focus for my recent collection Timeless Fantasy Gardens, which is heavily inspired by Arts and Crafts prints, floral compositions and unusual coloration.

The collection shows intricate drawings that have been edited in Photoshop and Illustrator and composed to build up a collection of traditional yet contemporary prints.

The collection consists of Perspex designs that are a modern take on stained glass, layered fabric pieces and corresponding wallpapers.

My work will be shown at the Graduate show 'Ready or Not, Here We Come' at Leeds College of Art, with a selection of work also being exhibited at New Designers, London.
