I have just completed my degree in Surface and Textile Design and am keen to embark on a career in this discipline. I am a highly visual and creative person with excellent drawing skills, a flair for colour and an enthusiasm for design. 

I am responsible, trustworthy and a conscientious worker with excellent communication skills.  I am adapatable, enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team or alone.  I am proficient working with both PC and Mac computers and have good technical ability in Adobe Photoshop and Office programmes.

Specialising in print during my time at university has enabled me to acquire skills and technical knowledge both in hand printing and digital techniques.  I can competently  use both to create innovative print designs and source fabrics that are appropriate to the end product and technique.

I have excellent market awareness and throughout the course I have proven my ability to work in different styles appropriate to set design briefs, as well as my own, producing high quality outcomes with a variety of themes.
