Recapturing Renaissance
A organic illustrative driven collection that was focused around the history of nature playing a focal point within design. Lauren has kept the colours subtle as these designs are intended for wallpaper. However, the nature of digital design allows the colours to be reworked allowing them to be adopted by a range of markets.
My Foundations
'My foundation' is a collection of wallpapers that have been inspired by my childhood. My family have always bought properties that are in need of renovation, me and my sisters were encouraged to help out and be involved with the building process. In short these are a papers that are inspired by my love of architecture, history and the tactile nature that the subject brings.
From the Ceiling to the Walls
This collection of designs have been inspired by the architectural details found on ceilings in historic buildings. I found it an interesting concept to translate the details used to decorate the spaces above our heads and create designs intended for the walls. Exploring spacial and size boundaries.
