The colours and differing shapes I see in nature inspire my work particularly the flowers, and natural landscapes.  The differing shades and the differing forms are the basis from which my pieces are created. 

I am motivated by my intrigue as to the transformative nature of clay, and particularly enjoy creating vibrant, solid and shiny pieces; the metamorphosis from plain and rigid to vibrant and organic is one that stirs my inner artistic desire to create. 

The colours I use allow me to experiment with my work and I can manipulate its shape to my liking by altering and crafting the material.
