I say that what I do is illustration etc. due to the assortment of methods and materials I use in my work- from ink, watercolour paint, oil paint, coloured pencils and photography to woodwork, sewing, soldering, knitting, printing, papercut and model-making.

My obsession is to create small worlds with mysterious atmospheres filled with cotton dolls and paper buildings. I aim to frame a moment in time in 3 dimensions and to make the viewer want to stop and step inside.

I also try to work with the most environmentally friendly materials possible, such as organic cotton and FSC certified wood.
