I always see jewellery as an extension of the body in its porous state; the skin being the membrane between the body and the outside world, to adorn the skin with beauty to the proclamation of the wearer and the observer. As a designer, it’s important not to design only for the masses, but to engage and communicate with different parts of our society, and therefore different parts of the body.

My ultimate aim and vision is to fuse the art of jewellery and bridge the design gap between the Middle East and Western worlds with my creations and ideas, using ancient, classic as well as contemporary reference.

Jewellery is not the domain of any one material, nor of any particular part of the body to enhance, but plays a critical part in the social evolution of society itself, as well as the removal of cultural barriers.
