Forging steel has been an enormous part of my life and a constant journey of discovery.

I'm always looking for new ways to describe gestural movement within the material and the objects I create the process of forging lends itself to creating these forms, by its very nature in its plastic state the metal wants to be moved. the use of forged steel has become integral to the visual quality of my work.

The blacksmiths craft is an ancient one trying to take a cold hard material such as steel and work it to a noble fineness takes time and commitment but above all it takes passion, all my work is a product of my own passion for forging following this desire has led me to where I am today and will continue to for the rest of my career.
