I first became interested in ceramics and pottery in 1990 when I lived in Poole, Dorset.

Between 2005 and 2007 I completed a NOCN (L2) and NCFE (L1) in Pottery and Ceramics at Barnfield College, Luton, tutored by Barry Stedman.  Realising this was my true vocational path, by 2009 I had graduated with an FdA in 3 Dimensional Art & Design, University of Bedfordshire, and then between 2010 and 2012 finished with a BA (Hons) degree in ceramics at Bucks New University tutored by Neil Brownsword, Kevin Millward, and Richard Price. 

I have also been privileged enough throughout my journey to have the friendship and support of my mentor, John Higgins who has taken me under his experienced wing, to inspire, advise, make me laugh, and also introduce me to many likeminded friends and professionals. 

My work can be functional and non-functional, and the examples on this webpage are porcelain body.
