I am a Specialist textile designer with a strong knowledge of both traditional and digital techniques within printed textiles.

My passion for print and textiles is expressed through creative experimentation with media and material, which focuses my development towards innovative yet sensitive design collections.

Within my work I enjoy exploring the interplay between narrative, concept and aesthetic, imbuing my designs with a sense of meaning and value.

My Final Major Project was inspired by remnants of childhood photographs and other items salvaged from a recent house fire.

I combined print techniques to explore the destructive elements of water and fire.

Using translatable codes and origami to affect the inherent foldable structure of cloth added a layer of meaning and aimed to further explore cloths tacit ability to share an unfolding story.
