As a womenswear designer I strive to create innovative fashion with an urban edge. I gravitate towards contemporary designer sportswear and my personal design handwriting reflects that. However I am an adaptive designer and can turn my hand to different styles and market levels. I like to push myself and I always strive to improve my skills and develop my style.

I enjoy the challenge of creative pattern cutting and feel that it is an important skill to push design boundaries. I have used pattern cutting within my final collection to create adaptive clothing, allowing the wearer to arrange and rearrange garments to their own ends.

Other skills:

Pattern cutting, use of industrial sewing machinery, technical garment construction. CAD software (Adobe photoshop and illustrator), hand generated illustration techniques.
