I am inspired by people, their perception of themselves and the emotions that drive them creatively. The psychological aspect of how women dress interests me and is something I try to incorporate in the design process with emphasis on line and identity.

With six years of garment manufacturing and styling experience as well as two years studying fine art, my design ethos rests on the belief that fashion should not be exclusive, which therefore means I spend a considerable amount of time developing the shape and cut of my garments to ensure they will be flattering on any woman. 

This year I have been shortlisted for Graduate of the Year at the Scottish Fashion Awards. I was also a finalist in the Ardalanish Isle of Mull Weavers Competition. 

Due to the nature of my work, skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are essential and help create a professional portfolio.
