I wouldn't really know how to describe my work, I get very excited when I see something I like and want to absorb it and experiment with it. Through this sort of osmosis I find that my work seems to constantly evolve.

As I draw my inspiration from many sources (film noir, comic books, forensic photography, German expressionist cinema, 1950s pin-ups and anything else that catches my eye at the time), I like to try and incorporate things like comic art and film noir music into my work.

The photographers that greatly inspire my practice are Bill Brandt, Brassai, Fritz Lang, Weegee, Cindy Sherman, David Moore, John Gossage, George Hurrell and Gregory Crewdson to name a few.

I am currently studying photography at University Campus Suffolk in Ipswich but live in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
