I make decisions based on aesthetics, as I do this words and meanings run through my mind, shaping my thought and the design process, altering a piece entirely as they become more relevant.

The more apparent the meaning the less I distort the 3D object that was the original basis of my design. 

Sometimes just casting it in metal is enough; other projects I reworking and abstract til i get to the true essence of the thoughts and feelings behind it.

While I predominantly work in metals sometimes I will incorporate softer, warmer or organic materials to contrast and highlight the characteristics of the metal.
