My main areas of interest are swimwear, lingerie and print design.

'flee', my final collection, is a lifestyle brand designed specifically with the needs of the female backpacker in mind. Born out of my own love for travel, 'flee' bridges the gap between lingerie and swimwear, making packing lightly and staying comfortable while travelling less of a challenge, without compromising on style.

During my placement year I worked as a design assistant for Bureaux Design, London. My role largely involved producing trend packages and creating technical drawings for a number of clients, through which I became extremely proficient in the use of both Illustrator and InDesign.  

I also completed a placement for RTW, London, during which I assisted the designers by producing hand drawn garment specifications for Topshop, Miss Selfridge and ASOS. I initially worked to the designers' exact instructions but was gradually given more freedom to create some of my own designs, some of which were put into production by Topshop for Spring 2010.
