I am a Textile Designer specialising in woven textiles, with 15 months relevant work experience.

I graduate this year from the University of Huddersfield and when I leave I am looking for a graduate role in the Textile sector.

I enjoy a wide range of arts and crafts, card making, painting and drawing. My experiences in Textile Design has taught me about the textiles industry as well as the fashion and interior industry, learning all about global sourcing, ethics, trade fairs, colours and trends.

My main achievements been:

Selected to exhibit work at New Designers 2011

Awarded Best final year BSc Student in Technical Innovation and Design 2011, by The Worshipful Company of Woolmen

15 month placement -working as a designer at Mallalieus of Delph

Attending Premiere Vision 2010

Won a sponsored project set by Abraham Moon – My design was chosen to be made up in different colourways then exhibited and sold and Premiere Vision trade fair 2009.
