My work is theatrical yet romantic and consists of unique bridal accessories, including occasion headwear, bridal wear, jewellery and other accessories and crafts.

The use of colour is very important in my work as it allows me to create different looks and moods for individual clients.

I use Photoshop in order to help me develop these colours as I am able to assess which colours work best together.

My pieces focus on the ways in which aspects of nature move and grow, forming unique and interesting structures that appear to be living and moving. I work with silks, satins and lace that I then manipulate to create texture and intricate, sculptural forms.

Free machine embroidery has allowed me to create individual flowers which I then finish by hand sewing beads on their surface for added detail.

The way in which patterns are constructed on the surface of lace, as well as the natural formation of flowers seen in my photographs has helped me in placing my individual flower pieces on the body as garment accessories, giving the illusion of decorative lace and structural patterns.
