There are many things in life I can live without but drawing is simply not one of them. My earliest memory is drawing at my Grandmother’s dining room table and I have been drawing ever since. Although I have always had a natural passion for art I wanted to be able to put my skills into practical use by filtering it into the design industry. Completing a degree in Surface Pattern Design gave me the opportunity to develop and refine my work to produce innovative designs within a variety of different disciplines. I use paper, textiles and ceramics as a way of expressing my vibrant and unique style and describe my work as a visual feast of colour, texture and pattern.
