Manipulating materials and distorting them is my passion – I transform items into something that at first glance is completely different from its original form. 

I am inspired by architecture, particularly the contrast between old and new. By taking photographs of modern structures; I successfully captured reflections of older structures. 

The reflections I captured, distorted the actual image, it is this concept that I have used in my ceramic prints. 

By creating photomontages of my images, I altered the shape and form of the buildings, manipulating fragmenting and distorting them. 

The components of the building remained, but I had reflected them, so that they no longer represented the true image.
