Sara’s jewellery is bold, wearable, and beautifully produced. Working in leather and metals her use of manual etching and embossing processes results in highly textural pieces, each a one-off, crafted by hand.

Based in London, Sara completed a first class degree in Jewellery at the Sir John Cass Department of Art, Media & Design winning awards from the BJA and Goldsmiths’ Company for her final collection.

A love of texture and fascination for the beauty found within the body on a microscopic scale form the basis for Sara’s current collection of ‘Skin’ cuffs. Drawing on the idea of beauty in imperfection they explore the changes in skin texture, scars and flaws that develop through a life well lived.

The cuffs are made from leather and metals which are richly textured with patterns derived from human skin. Inspired by the sensuous, tactile qualities of organic materials and forms, Sara brings these qualities to her own work.

Sara creates unique, desirable pieces that are a pleasure to wear, and her meticulous approach that ensures each piece is thoughtfully crafted and expertly finished.
