Cross Cultural Patterns
Whilst travelling through Morocco I acquired an intensely extensive amount of inspirational imagery and memorabilia.  

My work is an amalgamation of these cross cultural influences that flourishes a vivid, individual and colourful hybrid style.

Process involves merging symbols, patterns and motifs through the development of intricate drawings, paintings, silk screen printing and digital manipulation of which enable me to create an eclectic and random mix of surface textile designs.

I develop collections for fashion that mirror the way in which patterns are continually shifting and reshaping in an affinity with the cosmopolitan culture of today. My patchworked styled designs and samples have aesthetic references from traditional kimono shapes created with a twist of difference and glamour.
