I use natural wood and various metals to create hand-held conceptual tools.

Through the process I am exploring the meaning of historical tools in contemporary high-tech culture, a world where “work” is largely accomplished by clicking buttons, where we expect to instantly know how things work, and are more familiar with consumption than production.
