My final major project is an exploration of the dualism between mechanised structure and natural formation, trying to achieve the perfect balance between the two, creating disparate outburst of colour and texture.

It is this visual tension that often belies similar function that I wish to expand upon. Because of their bold shapes and graphical look I am focusing on the Russian Constructivism movement and Soviet Architecture.

The natural formation element to the project will come from crystals, with their unpredictable shapes, colours and textures.  

My collection of fabrics have been produced for the fashion market, an area I hope to work with in the future.
