Whimsical Wonders
A project designing for stationery products, specifically notebooks, with a sophisticated market in mind, using high quality materials and imagery. Combining strong drawings with screenprinting and stitch elements to create finishing touches designs for the notebook covers, spine and inside pages were created.
Concrete Jungle Part 1
Concrete Jungle was based upon buildings and city skyscrapers. Part 1 explored the use of the laser cutter and how I could create my own skyline by pinning the cut motifs at different heights. An exciting outcome, aimed at one-off wall pieces, was achieved with the added quality from the shadows created.
Concrete Jungle Part 2
To carry on from part 1 of Concrete Jungle the aim for the second part was to create a complimentary furnishing fabric that could successfully be applied across many surfaces. Using similar skyscraper imagery as part 1, a clever reflected design was created using a sophisticated monochrome colour scheme with a hint of colour.
