I have recently graduated with a degree in Design and Applied Arts in Textiles at the University of Wolverhampton. I am vey passionate about surface pattern design and feel I have a natural hand for it.

I have grew up drawing and doodling and so for this to now be my chosen career is very exciting.

During my time at university I have won two competitions, the first was a babywear brief set by First Steps, with this I won a placment in their design studio where I gained a lot of helpful knowledge and experience of the textile business.

The second competition was with Hill & Co where one of my rug designs was picked and will be made by the company and hopefully sold on their website.

My surface pattern designs are bold, bright and busy, with a definate Stacey Wheeler edge to them. I like to fill my designs full of pattern and for them to be bursting with colour, whether designing for luggage, wellies, umbrellas, or babywear.
