Folding is the central technique in my work. 

I have researched tesselating folding patterns and their application to folded textiles for my PhD. With these folding textiles, that can also incorporate wood, metals or polymers, I create decorative and wearable objects. I make these pieces as an independent artist, but am also looking for freelance consultancy work in this area. 

A different aspect of folding can be seen in my banknote jewellery, made from current banknotes. These give a subtle comment on the perceived value of gold and money.
